Tin Can and Balloon Technique

Grab a tin can and carefully take the top off with an adults help.

 

Empty anything inside. 

 

Then cut of the bottom of a balloon with an adults help.

 

Stretch the balloon tight over the open top of the can and secure the balloon with a rubber band.

 

Then grab some construction paper, markers, and whatever you want to decorate it!
