Together we can breathe, chant, move, do a little meditating- let it all out.
Come see how easily we can tend to the Vagus Nerve
(most important nerve in the body…just saying…) with simple sound and movement. This sets us up for optimal healing- and also feels darn good.
This class can be enjoyed standing, in a chair or even a bed.
