Guided movement experiences and fun inspirational themes encourage all to freely explore, create, and express in their own natural ways. Gradually children and adults alike experience the great joy of co-creating with others. This class is dedicated to imagination, exploration, self-expression, collaboration, and tons of fun in a safe, healthy and supportive environment.
